Hi! I’m Nichole and I’m a mess… I cook messy and sometimes I eat messy. I have a messy kitchen and far from perfect food presentation, even though sometimes I try really hard. I don’t always measure things out and I don’t have fancy cooking equipment. You won’t find perfectly positioned photographs in an all white and stainless steel kitchen here (I wish!). You also won’t find somebody who’s put together and knows what she wants out of life. Instead you’ll find a passionate and creative twenty-something writer who wants to share her life with others by doing what she loves most – storytelling.

I’m not afraid to be adventurous, get messy or try new things. I hope reading this inspires you to loose your inhibitions and try unusual flavors, in the kitchen and in life.

The purpose of this blog is simple: Try new things. Make it good.
